Discern
It begins with listening. Over the course of a few meetings, we learn your desires, dreams, and needs — and whether we're a good fit — before a single line is drawn.
- First meeting — discuss ideas and ambitions for your property; site walk with detailed measurements and elevations
- Second meeting — feasibility study, rough sketches & mood boards
- Contract signed, and one-third payment to move forward
Design
The artistic and the technical work, hand-drafted and dimensioned:
- Small garden plans & foundation plantings
- Large estate & community master plans
- Parks, schools, children's gardens, edible gardens, church prayer gardens
- Farm systems planning — permaculture, water harvesting, compost & garden plans, animal enclosures & fencing
- Planting plans & water features
- Hardscape plans, decks & pergolas
- Retaining walls below 30″ & fencing
- Drainage plans
- Finalized drawings, with two minor revisions included and several meetings to discuss progress
Deliver
Upon receipt of final payment, you receive complete plan sets to go to bid and complete the project. For an additional fee, Juliana manages the build from bidding to final walk-through.
